We are seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Barista to join our team. As an Associate Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold specialty beverages, including coffee, espresso, and tea
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all beverages by following recipes and adhering to our high standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, brewing equipment, and seating areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
